Quality as Required

All equipment, process and operating positions are computer controlled. The plant has been designed to stand up to the strict environmental regulations and emissions limits. The stack flue-gas is being continuously monitored. Alutherm´s unique process, continually reviewed and refined, facilitates the production of high quality aluminium granules and powders designed specifically to match customer´s requirements in terms of granule size, analysis and appearance. Alutherm draws its raw materials exclusively from scrap sources such as foils, UBC´s ( used beverage cans )venetian blinds and other suitable thin aluminium scrap. This scrap is recycled into high grade products with low specific energy input under environmentally friendly conditions.
